I tried to purchase a sympathy card and flowers on my way to work; my uncle died last night and I wanted to do something for my father. I was the only customer in the store and was completely ignored. There were two employees in the back room, but neither one, it seemed, could help me at the register. I waited at least ten minutes at the counter then had to leave. I'm sad and disappointed with the service.

Excellent customer service and wonderful variety of flowers. Haley, the manager, was very helpful and professional in helping to meet my needs. Emily & Leah were incredibly kind and patient. Highly recommend this location!!

Don’t use. Ordered flowers for a birthday. Ordered for delivery today, delivery still shows it’s delivering. I had to call them to see if they were still delivering as the recipient didn’t get them. They did not have the flowers at the location and did not fulfill the order and Didn’t inform me in email or phone call. They said payment didn’t go through and I should have checked my statement. When I called I thought I was talking to the florist. It’s customer service in a office in Southfield. Unprofessional staff who made it difficult in an already hard situation. She kept explaining there weren’t flowers for each of my questions deflecting. I confirmed three times I wanted to speak to the florist when asked to build a new one of different flowers. She repeated the same question after picking apart my reply when she misheard me and refused to let me explain she misheard and doubled down on picking apart words. If I didn’t reply the exact way she wanted she wouldn’t connect me. I won’t buy from thrifty florist Birmingham again. If your in a pinch, there are many great options on delivery apps.

While searching online for florists in the Huntington Woods, MI area, I was fortunate to connect with Merna, the creative force behind Thrifty Florist's arrangements. Not able to find the arrangement I had wished for, I asked if I could send an image of what I envisioned for this special occasion. Amazingly, the most magnificent creation was born! Thank you Merna & your team for creating PERFECTION in this spectacular romantic arrangement.
